Return Policy

Returns on unopened bottles of hair products are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

In order to arrange your return, please either email HC Color Customer Service at HC@hccolor.com or call 212-799-0987.

Shipping

HC Color LLC ships to addresses within the United States and Canada.

All packages are shipped UPS Ground. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur an additional shipping charge.

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of the time you place your order. Orders placed after 4:00pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

You will receive your products within five to seven business days from the date your order is processed.

Shipping Fees

HC Color System- $9.95. Rush shipping add $10 ( 2nd Day Air)

Order up to six bottles of HC Color Product and shipping is $5.95. Rush shipping Add $10 (2nd Day Air)

Shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska add $5.00 per order Shipments to Canada and Guam – Add $10.00 per order

UPS Shipping Guidelines

UPS attempts to deliver packages three times within three consecutive business days. After three delivery attempts, UPS will send you a postcard with instructions to receive your package.

They will hold your package for seven business days. If UPS does not receive a response from you they will return the package to HC Color LLC Typically, UPS requires a signature when the package is delivered.

If you would like to request that UPS leave the package without a signature, please make a note of this on the shipping information page of this website.

There is a "comments" field at the bottom of the page for you.

Please note that it is up to the discretion of the driver whether or not she/he feels it is safe to leave the package without a signature.

UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
